Our Angus beef is grass fed, grain-finished and dry aged 14 days post slaughter. We use no antibiotics, steroids, or growth hormones. Our humanely raised beef enjoy rotational grazing among many paddocks of high quality grasses. The last 60-90 days our cattle are given mash from Chattanooga Brewing Company. This grain finishing adds marbling and tenderness to the meat, enhancing its flavor. Our beef is then processed at a USDA inspected facility where it is dry-aged for 14 days then vacuum packed and frozen. These beef cuts will stay fresh in your freezer for over a year.

Our pigs are raised in the forest and fed non-GMO feed from a local feed provider. We use no antibiotics, steroids, or growth hormones. We raise only Red Waddles, which are a rare heritage breed out of Texas, renowned for a high yield of savory tender cuts. Our pigs are processed at a USDA inspected facility, then vacuum packed and frozen. Cuts stay fresh in your freezer for over a year.

All of our chickens and turkeys are raised on pasture. Our chicken egg layers include a mix of High Line Browns and Ameraucanas. Our broiler (meat) chickens are either Red Broilers or Cornish X Rocks. Eggs are washed with a natural cleaning solution. We use no antibiotics, steroids, or growth hormones. Our chickens are processed at a USDA inspected facility, then vacuum packed and frozen. Ducklings are a recent addition to the family and are currently getting acquainted in their new home.
